Insufficiency of the product of mortgage

The creditor or creditors, who, having competed in accordance with preceding article, were not paid in full, or part of their debts, out of the proceeds of the mortgaged property, become unsecured creditors in respect of the amount which was not reimbursed, even though the debtor has other unencumbered assets.
