Claim by full brothers and sisters with consanguineous and uterine ones

Where the deceased leaves at the same time full brothers and sisters and consanguineous or uterine, each of the full brothers or sisters shall have double the share that shall belong of each of the other brothers and sisters. § Sole paragraph – The same provision shall be applicable when the descendants of full brothers and sisters compete with descendants of consanguineous or uterine brothers and sisters.
