Adjudication as to impediments recorded

Where within the period of publication of notice or before the solemnisation of marriage any declaration of any legal impediment is made, or such an impediment is known to the official of Civil Registration Services who shall in such a case declare it in writing, the marriage shall not be solemnised unless the impediment is declared non-existing within the time and in the manner established in the Code of Procedure.
