Balance in favour of guardian

The balance in favour of the guardian shall be settled from the first income of the minor received by the guardian; however, if there are urgent expenses, so that the guardian cannot be paid, the balance shall be subject to legal interest, when it is due, unless the family council otherwise provides for the timely payment of the debt.
