Relative incapacity of a minor under guardianship

The minor shall not make a Will in favour of his guardian, except where he is emancipated, and the guardian has rendered accounts of his management. § Sole paragraph – This prohibition does not extend to Wills made in favour of ascendants and of the brothers of the minor.
