Suit to protect possession

A possessor, who has apprehension that he is likely to be disturbed or dispossessed by another, may pray for the intervention of the Court, to intimate the person who threatens him, to be restrained from invading his rights, on penalty of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 30,000 besides losses and damages.
