Interruption against sole debtor

The grounds, which cause interruption of prescription in relation to one of the joint debtors, causes interruption in respect of other co-debtors. § Sole paragraph - But if the creditor, agrees to have the debt shared in relation to one of the joint debtors, and demands from him only his share, interruption of the prescription shall not operate in relation to other co-debtors.
