Extension of the interdiction. Registration of the order

Depending on the seriousness of the facts that may be proved by evidence, the judge, by his order, shall deprive the prodigal of the general administration of his assets, or shall maintain the same to him while merely prohibiting him from certain acts which may not be performed without the previous approval of the curator. § Sole paragraph - This order shall be registered in the Book of Guardianship and an extract thereof published in any of the newspaper of the judicial division, or, when there is no such newspaper, by public notice at the place of the domicile of the interdicted person.
