Incapacity in relation to the notary or to the witnesses to the instrument

The testator shall not dispose of in favour of the Notary Public who records for him the public Will, or certifies the closed Will, nor in favour of the person who writes it for him, nor, finally, in favour of the witnesses who take part in the public Will, or in the record of approval of the closed will.
