Dowry on account of legitime

In case the parents do not declare that the endowment is towards their disposable portion, the endowment shall be adjusted from the legitimate portion of the endowed, and only to the extent that the endowment exceeds the legitimate portion, the same shall be deducted from their disposable portion.
