Delivery of the estate to the legatees and other interested parties

Once the definitive curatorship is granted, the legatees as well as all who, upon the death of the absentee would have a certain right to some part of his assets may apply that the same part be delivered to them. § Sole paragraph - Within the time declared in Article 64, the interested parties, referred to in this article, may apply for delivery of the assets to which they have right, provided that a legal declaration of the absence is made as mentioned above.
