Time limit for prescription of movables

Movable things may be acquired by prescription by possession for a period of 3 years, the possession being continuous, peaceful, and accompanied by just title and in good faith, or by the possession for a period of 10 years, regardless of good faith and just title. § Sole paragraph - Just title and good faith are always presumed.
