Construction over common compound wall Any of the co-owners may build over a common compound wall and insert therein rods or planks provided he does not cross the middle of the wall. § Sole paragraph – If the wall is of single width that is 50 centimetres or less both the owners may use its full width, being however liable to compensate the other owner for any loss.
