Territorial Jurisdiction of Land Registration Office for effecting registrations

Registration should be made in the office of the district where the property to which it refers is the property situated and not in another on pain of nullity. § Sole paragraph - If the property is situated in the territorial limits of more than one office the registration shall be effected in each one of them.
