Abolition of certain kinds of common pasturage

In the same manner the right of pasturage, established before the promulgation of this Code, between one group of individuals in general over a group of properties in general stands abolished even though made by express grant. In future, it is lawful to establish such right in certain and specific properties and also in favour of certain and specific individuals. § Sole paragraph - The pasturage established in accordance with this article, is governed solely by the instrument of its constitution.
