Digging of mines and stone quarries

A usufructuary may not open new mines or stone quarries. § Sole paragraph - The provision of this article does not apply to waters and mineral fertilizers to be utilized in the improvements of the concerned properties, as well as stone extraction for repairs or works, which the usufructuary is bound to carry out or which become necessary.
