Consequences of non notification of preference

If the holder does not comply with the article 1678 the owner may exercise within the time limit stipulated in article 1566, the right of preference taking the property of the transferee for the price for which it was acquired. § Sole paragraph - Identical right shall be available to the holder in circumstances mentioned in § 1 of article 1678.
