Formalities to be observed in case of closed Will

In the case of closed Will, the consul or vice-consul, who has drawn the act of approval, shall copy in the respective book the act of approval and shall send such information to the government through Ministry of External Affairs. § Sole paragraph – In case the Will has been delivered to the custody of the consul or vice-consul, the depository shall mention such circumstances and shall issue a receipt of the delivery.
