Right to publish literary work

It is lawful for anyone to publish by printing, lithography, scenic art, or other similar art, any literary work of his own, independently of any prior sanction, of precaution, or any other restriction, which directly or indirectly obstructs the free exercise of such right, without prejudice to the liability, which they will incur in accordance with the law. § Sole paragraph – The provision of this article is applicable to the right to translation.
