Registration of mortgage

The appointee shall be given notice, within the time fixed by the family council, to obtain the registration of the mortgage and produce before the Court the respective certificate and, if he fails to do so and gives sufficient cause, which is accepted by the council, the judge shall impose fine of 10.000 (reis) to 100.000 (reis) and shall by virtue of his office direct the registration, be effected at the expense of the appointee.
