Steps subsequent to licitation

After the licitations are concluded, the partition shall take place, by separating firstly the assets necessary for the payment of debts, which are fit to be considered, and, thereafter, those necessary for filling up the moiety of the surviving spouse, or of the third part, if such separation is to be made.
