Restoration and preservation of possession by party himself or through Court

A possessor, who is disturbed or dispossessed, may by use of his own force and authority, maintain himself in or get himself restored to the possession, provided he does so immediately, or he may take recourse to the Court to maintain himself in possession or to recover possession.
