Simultaneous Death

Statutory text
Where the deceased and his heirs, or the legatees, die in the same accident, or on the same day, and it is not possible to ascertain which of them died first, it shall be taken that all died at the same time, and the transmission of the inheritance or of the legacy shall not take effect between them.
