Probative value of judicial admission The judicial admission constitutes full proof against the maker thereof, except:- 1. If the admission is declared insufficient by law, or it relates to a fact in respect of which the law forbids cognizance or investigation. 2. If it has effect of loss of right which the deponent is forbidden to renounce or in respect of which compromise is not permitted.
