Guarantee in the construction of buildings

In case of contracts for buildings or other sizable constructions, the contractor for the supply of materials and execution of the works shall be answerable for a period of five years, for the security and the solidity of the building or construction in relation to the quality of materials and stability of the ground, unless he has warned the owner in time that he did not find the ground sufficiently firm.
