Coercion

A contract is null, when consent is obtained through coercion, either by contracting parties or by third party. § Sole paragraph - Coercion consists in use of physical force, or of any means, which produce damage, or serious apprehensions of the same in relation to person, honour, or property of the contracting party or third parties.
