Will received by Portuguese consular authorities

The Portuguese consuls or vice consuls may act as notaries in the execution or approval of the Wills of Portuguese subjects, provided that they are in accordance with the Portuguese law, except in respect of nationality of the witnesses, who may, in such cases be foreigners.
