Guardian of foundlings or abandoned children

Persons who take charge of foundlings or abandoned children become their guardians, subject to the supervision of the council, or of the judicial authority replacing it, which can rescind the contract and determine a new destination for the minor, in case of abuse or violation of stipulated obligations.
