Types of privileges

There are two types of privileges in credit: mobiliary and immobile. § 1 – Mobiliary privileges are subdivided into: 1. Special, which cover only the value of certain and specific mobiliary assets. 2. General, which cover the value of all the mobiliary assets of the debtor. § 2 – Immobile credits are always special.
