Extension of the legacy of certain property

If the one who bequeaths any property adds to it afterwards new acquisitions, these, even if contiguous, shall not be part of the legacy without a new declaration of the testator. § Sole paragraph – This will not apply however with respect to improvements which are necessary, useful or luxurious made in the bequeathed property itself.
