Capacity to mortgage

Article 894 – Capacity to mortgage - Only those who have power to alienate assets, may create mortgage and only those assets which may be alienated may be mortgaged. § Sole paragraph - The manner in which the mortgage of assets put under administration, can be created, is regulated, in respective titles of this Code.
