Subrogation in favour of the lender or usurer

Where the debt is paid by the debtor himself, with the money which a third party had lent to him for this purpose, the latter may stand subrogated in the rights of the creditor, only where the loan is recorded in an authentic document, in which it is declared, that the money was asked for the payment of that debt.
