Extinguishment of mortgages

Mortgages are extinguished:- 1. By redemption; 2. By the judgment of the Court become res judicata; 3. By any of the modes specified in paragraphs nos. 1, 2 and 3 of the preceding article for the extinction of the privileged credits.
