Administration of the assets of the married absentee, without issues

Where the absentee has left no issues, the non-absentee spouse retains the administration of the full matrimonial estate for a period of twenty years, reckoned from the time of disappearance or when one last heard of him, or for the period necessary for attaining the age of ninety-five years in accordance with the provision of Article 78 Clause 5.
