Restriction on powers of parents as regards children’s assets

Parents may not alienate, mortgage or in any other way create claims upon the assets of the children if they are mere holders of the right of usufruct or mere administrators of the said property, except in case of urgent necessity, or of evident benefit to the minor, following judicial permission after hearing the Public Ministry.
