Termination of administration

Upon expiry of twenty years or on completion of the age mentioned in Article 78 Clause 5, or there being certainty of the death of the absentee, the qualified heirs may take charge of the assets of the same absentee and dispose them without restriction. § Sole paragraph - The administrator spouse has, in such case, the right of subsistence in accordance with Article 1231.
