Alienation of mobiliary assets of the matrimonial estate

The husband may freely dispose the mobiliary assets of the matrimonial estate of the couple; but in case he alienates them or binds them by gratuitous contracts without the consent of the wife, the amount of the assets so alienated shall be into the account of his moiety.
