Statutory text
The usufructuary of vineyards, olive plantations or any trees or shrubs whether fruit bearing or not, may appropriate the plants which perish naturally but the plants which fall or are uprooted or cut by accident shall belong to the owner; the usufructuary may however use them for the repairs which he is bound to carry out or demand that the owner remove them and clear the land.
