Disposal of seized objects

Where the action for counterfeit is decided in favour of the applicant, the seized objects will be given to the applicant either in a criminal case or civil case, towards compensation payable to him; but if the adjudication is done in criminal case the complainant may put forward his claim for balance of full compensation only by a civil suit.
