Inventory of the assets of the married absentee

Where the absentee is married, after a declaration of his absence, on the terms laid down in the preceding chapter, proceedings for inventory and partition or separation of assets, with summons to the presumed heirs, shall be proceeded with, according to the nature of the matrimonial contract.
