Article 1497 – Valuation of gift of mobiliary assets If the gift consists of mobiliary assets, one shall take into account, in the reduction, the value of these at the time of the gift. § Sole paragraph - The provisions of §§ 2 and 3 of article 2107 shall be applicable in this case.
