Effectiveness of pure gifts apart from acceptance by the legally incapacitated persons

Persons, who may not contract, cannot accept without the permission of the persons entitled to give it, gifts, conditional or encumbered. However gifts pure and simple made to such persons produce such effect independently of the acceptance in all that benefits the donee.
