Time limit for challenge of legitimacy by the father

The father may contest the legitimacy of the children in the cases permitted by the law, by instituting a suit in the Court, in case he is at the place of birth, within sixty days from the birth, and in case he is not there, within one hundred and twenty days from the date of his return. § Sole paragraph - In case the birth of the child has been hidden from him, he may institute the suit within one hundred and twenty days from the date on which he became aware of the fraud.
