Statutory text
The following cannot legally be the object of a contract: 1. Things, which are outside commerce by provision of the law; 2. Things or acts, which cannot be converted into a demandable value; 3. Things or acts of which is not or cannot be, ascertained; 4. Acts which are contrary to public morality or to the obligations imposed by the law.
