Report of Death

Report of Death As soon as any person dies, his nearest relative, or, in the absence of relative, his family members, or, in their absence, in the last case, his neighbours, shall make declaration of the death to the official of the civil registration services of the place where death has occurred or dead body is found. § Sole paragraph – The manner, in which such declarations shall be authenticated, is prescribed in the respective regulation.
