Damages caused in guest houses or hotels

If damages are caused in Guest Houses or Hotels or in such other places where accommodation is provided for consideration, the owners of the establishment shall be jointly liable if the damages are caused by a person whom they have provided accommodation without following the police and other legal regulations and guidelines.
