Supervision over the administration by the guardian

The pro-guardian may require from the guardian, in January of each year, a report on the state of affairs of the administration of the minor’s assets, and he/she may at all times require the guardian to show him/her the records of the management and to provide the clarifications that he/she may need in this regard.
