Proceeding for the emancipated person to get administration of his assets

In the case of the first number of article 304, the emancipated minor may request the competent judge, enclosing all the documents proving to his/her marriage, age and respective license, to allow him/her to administer his/her own assets; and the judge shall decide, as may be just, without previously hearing any parties. § Sole paragraph - The order which directs the handing over of the administration shall produce effect, in relation to third parties, after it has been registered in the book of guardianships.
