Legacy of own property of the heir or legatee

Statutory text
If the testator directs, that the heir or the legatee shall deliver to another a thing belonging to any of them, they shall be bound to carry out the disposition of the testator, or to pay the value of the thing, unless they prefer to renounce the inheritance or the legacy.
