Certificate of Registration

The Land Registrar shall handover to the person who has applied for registration a certificate of the same, checked with the original and signed, which will be accepted in Court as proof that the registration has been made. § Sole paragraph - In the case of fortuitous destruction or misplacing of the certificate the creditor may apply for the certificate which will be issued to him by the Registrar and shall have the same legal force as the certificate which has been destroyed or misplaced.
